Job Introduction
We are currently expanding our workforce of Registered General Nurses and would like to hear from candidates who have experience working with care of the elderly patients/frailty within older persons environment/ community/social care /acute hospital and care home setting.
We are looking for passionate and caring Registered Nurses looking for a rewarding career with excellent training and opportunities for development.
Salary: £22 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Liverpool
What will you be doing
- To be a role model and promote the highest standard of person-centred clinical nursing care to residents.
- Be the nominated nurse in charge and ensure safe staffing levels are met using the agreed patient dependency score tool.
- Work alongside the care team, ensuring a high quality of care is delivered.
- Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults.
- Ensure effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care through written care plans
- Work supportively alongside clinical, care home colleagues and families in ensuring the highest standards of care for all residents.
What do I need
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Experience working with care of the elderly patients/frailty within older persons environment/ community/social care /acute hospital setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of writing comprehensive care plans.
