Primary Care 24 are hosting 2 evening Nurse recruitment events in Wavertree Technology park on – 

Monday 19th May – 6-8pm

Tuesday 27th May - 6-8pm

Are you a Registered General Nurse? We would love you to register your interest for one of our recruitment event where we will give an introduction to who we are as a company and hold an interview.

We would like to hear from Registered Nurses who have experience working in care homes or community beds. Please register your interest by clicking the apply button. We will then be in touch to invite you along to one of the recruitment events.

Our roles are based at 

  • Brushwood Nursing Home, Speke, Liverpool  
  • Millvina House, Anfield, Liverpool 

 

What will you be doing

  • To be a role model and promote the highest standard of person-centred clinical nursing care to residents.
  • Be the nominated nurse in charge and ensure safe staffing levels are met using the agreed patient dependency score tool. 
  • Work alongside the care team, ensuring a high quality of care is delivered.
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults.
  • Ensure effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care through written care plans
  • Work supportively alongside clinical, care home colleagues and families in ensuring the highest standards of care for all residents.

 

What do I need  

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Experience working in care homes or community beds  
  • Experience of writing comprehensive care plans.
